Custom Bus was a local manufacturer that built high quality buses primarily for the NSW Government and the Australian transport industry. It had a turnover in excess of $50m per annum.

Foodora's parent company, Delivery Hero, had undergone a global restructure and as part of the restructure it had determined that it would exit the Australian business and wind down its operations via a solvent liquidation.

As a result of a changing retail landscape for the cosmetics industry, caused by greater online competition together with  a failed investment into the US market, the business suffered unrecoverable financial losses resulting in the appointment of a voluntary administrator.

The XBlades brand was established in 1989 and has over 30 years’ experience operating in the football boot and apparel industry. The Company initially specialised in innovative technology for bladed sole football boots and developed into a market leader for high performance, high-quality sports footwear, protection and apparel.

Mega Ltd is an unlisted public company and the holding company of the group, established to import energy products for distribution to wholesale customers, retail network and strategic partners. At its peak, the Mega Group operated a fleet of over 50 trucks, road trains and over 200 large scale fuel tanks. 

Simon Cathro was appointed as a safe harbour advisor for a start-up pharmaceutical company. The purpose of the appointment was to assist the company through the development and monitoring of a restructuring plan. 

Dyldam was founded on 5 November 1987 and became one of the more well-known high-density apartment developers. It primarily constructed apartments in Sydney's western suburbs. The Company experienced significant growth over the years and took part in numerous development projects.

Enova Community Energy was Australia's first community-owned electricity retailer. A social business was formed to facilitate community-owned renewable electricity generation and supply and keep money in the local economy. Enova was formed with the goal of reinvesting 50% of company income in the local community through a charitable foundation.

We were engaged by a large listed property company to undertake a detailed supplier and financial review of a building and construction company that had been selected for the development of a major building contract in Victoria.

Initially engaged by a secured creditor, we conducted an Investigating Accountants Review for a civil engineering company. As insolvency loomed due to the withdrawal of creditor's support, we took on roles as external administrator and later as liquidators. Our successful efforts have maximized asset realisation and now are actively pursuing recovery actions to secure funds for creditor returns.

The Cubic Interiors Group was an Australian privately held commercial building firm. The Group was known for successfully delivering high-quality projects in the commercial and retail sectors, including well-known designs and buildings that have become landmarks all around Australia.

Koala Forklifts was established in 1981 with over 30 years of experience in providing customers with quality service and equipment. Specialising in all areas of forklift machinery for customers wanting to buy, hire, repair, or service. It had a strong reputation in its market and a very large customer list.
